At Clean Canvas Organics Skincare, we take pride in creating small-batch, natural skincare products. Due to the personal nature of our items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Because our products are skincare and body care items, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Items returned without prior approval

This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of every product we sell.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’re happy to make it right 🤍

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item

• A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement

• Store credit

• A refund to the original payment method

Resolutions are issued at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

• The item was damaged during shipping

• The wrong item was sent

• Your order was canceled before shipping

Refunds are not granted for:

• Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions

• Improper storage of products

• Change of mind after shipment

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
